The Hyggee Balance One Step Facial Essence | Fresh is an all-in-one essence as what you have read in the information above by beautibi. According to its description from the Charis site, it is a water-based essence that instantly quench skin thirst and it prevents overproduction of sebum which is why it is perfect for people with oily-combination skin type. This product contains birch sap which elevates moisture and it also has avocado extract which reduces excess sebum. It also contains fermented ingredients that exfoliate dead skin cells leaving you with a soft, radiant skin. Pretty promising, huh?

The consistency is like a watery gel substance which when applied, feels really cool on the face. It does not have a cooling effect, it just feels cool and refreshing. Based on my experience, the Hyggee facial essence is easily absorbed by the skin. My skin feels and looks supple, kind of looks dewy but it doesn't feel greasy at all. I love it so much!

I apply it after cleansing and toning but on days when I feel a little lazy to complete my skin care routine, I just apply this after washing my face and I'm good to go! It actually doesn't feel like my skin care routine is incomplete as it is truly moisturizing. But most of the time, I still complete my skin care steps to give more lovin' to my skin. Hehe. The scent is fresh and mild, comparable to most facial essences.

I'd say that the Hyggee Balance One Step Facial Essence | Fresh, although has quite a long name (haha), is a great addition to my skin care routine. Not gonna lie, price might be a little pricey for some but if you're always on the lookout for good skin care products and if you are a K-Beauty fan, I think you should really give this one a try.
